The
functional assessment is used to indicate the limitations that a patient is
experiencing along with the pain that is incurred when the activity is
performed. A functional assessment is more complete than the activities of
daily living as it assesses the activities that a person must perform on a daily
basis in greater detail.
Functional Assessment
The functional assessment justifies the need for chiropractic care. By
indicating the limitations and associated pain levels, chiropractic treatment is
justified especially as progress is shown.
